Finally finished Michael Pollan’s “Botany of Desire”. Best read ever. The apple chapter is by far the most interesting. 

One thing that resonates…..apples are the most heavily sprayed crop and most nutrients are in the skin. 

If I needed another reason to buy organic, I guess that’s it.
